Di Maio Design Associates | Architect Inc. in association with Diamond and Schmitt Architects Inc. of Toronto were selected over a number of architectural design teams to design and construct the New Anthony P. Toldo Health Education and Learning Centre for the University of Windsor. This 65,000 square foot building is comprised of the Multi Media Learning Centre, Nursing program lab and simulation spaces, faculty offices and served as the hub for the Windsor Satellite Medical School prior to the new medical school being built several years later.

The building facilitates over 1,300 students seated in state-of-the-art lecture auditoriums, Teaching Labs, Patient Assessment Spaces, and Dispensary.
