In association with Cannon Johnston Architecture Ltd., formerly Moffat Kinoshita Architects Inc., of Hamilton, Ontario, our team was selected over a number of architectural design teams from Ontario to design and construct the new % story Student Residence for the University of Windsor.
This 116,000 square foot, $15.0 million building is comprised of 348 beds, lounges and study rooms on each floor, and a café. Located at the corner of Sunset Avenue and Union Street, south of Wyandotte Street West, this new residence seeks to expand the campus boundaries as envisioned in the University’s Master Plan.
