Whisper Creek Town Homes

The town houses are located in Lakeshore Township, Ontario. The residential development back onto Pike Creek and situated on 7.3 acres of developed land which the developer felt which would be a perfect location for this housing development. 

Our scope was to satisfy the developer and builder to design 34 town house units on the property. Each unique on their own with character and charm to offer diversity and differences to normal town houses constructed in the area. 

The development comprised of one and two storey units. The intent is to provide a distinct exterior to each unit and provide the occupants with distinctive elements. The construction materials are more in keeping with high end single family residential construction utilizing, natural stone, stucco, and masonry brick.
