Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church Renovations

Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church had experienced an increase in parishioners and the existing facility needed to be expanded to meet the needs of the parishioners. DiMaio Design Architect was hired complete a study of the existing facility and propose options to meet the functional needs and budget of the parish. After extensive consultation with the Parish Committee, it was identified that the following needs were important to other current needs of the Parish but more importantly the future needs to meet the aging demographics of the parishioners. 

New meeting rooms, commercial kitchen and new washrooms including universal toilet room were the areas of the existing church that required expansion and renovations. The massing of the addition was studied and designed to blend with the existing architectural features.
